Problems at Server Intellect - None to be Found
I usually don't comment on review sites but I will in this case because I've had a surprisingly good experience with your company. I've been a customer with at least 10 different web hosts in the past and all had some sort of infuriating problems.
Either their setup processes were frustrating, customer support was slow to respond, they didn't know how to deal with denial of service attacks, or there was excessive downtime. I can say I have not had these problems at ServerIntellect.
I was with [Another Provider] before I switched to Server Intellect. They seemed to be respected in the industry but they often had network issues that they always blamed on MCI. Either that or they'd be experiencing a denial of service attack on one of their hosted sites and not be able to quickly deal with the situation. I cannot deal with these types of problems.
When I switched to Server Intellect I was a little worried by the fact that the plan I bought that was equivalent to what I had with [Another Provider] was $20 cheaper than with [Another Provider]. Months later I was glad I had made the switch. I have had no problem since signing up.
Your instantaneous bandwidth has always been roughly double what I experienced with [Another Provider] and your customer service is excellent and usually take care of issues within 1 hour. I also cannot recall any major service outage, problem or slowdown since I've been a customer.
I've been with you for a few years now and I'm still surprised by how well everything works for such a low price. My only criticism is that having systems, one for the control panel and one for the billing/support system is pretty annoying. If you could find a way to bring those two things together that would be very nice. Do that, and my experience would be absolutely perfect.
