I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what a wonderful employee you have in Bobby Johnson. I used your online chat feature late on Sunday evening to get some information on your shared hosting services, because we are VERY unhappy with our current host and were looking to switch, even though we have another 10 months paid for.

Bobby took a great deal of time to patiently answer all of my questions in detail, and even researched the server requirements for the shopping cart (ProductCart) that we use for our small e-commerce business to make sure that you would be able to support it. When I expressed some trepidation about moving my files, since the shopping cart is very specialized and I was afraid I'd mess something up, he volunteered that your specialists would move my site and make sure that my shopping cart was working properly in its new home.

We signed up for our Tier 1 hosting account about 90 minutes ago, and received order confirmation by phone and e-mail, along with all of our welcome information, within a few minutes of hitting "submit". The person (I believe her name was Melissa?) who verified our order was cheerful, pleasant and made me feel that you appreciated our business, which I don't encounter too often these days... it's much more frequent that I'm made to feel that the company I'm purchasing from is doing me a favor by taking my money. LOL

I've already spoken to Shawn, a member of your tech support staff, and was guided through the process of FTPing a temporary home page to the server, so our customers don't see a "page not found" or placeholder page and know that we're still in business while the migration and DNS propagation takes place.

This is in stark contrast to our now-previous host... our site has been losing business since last Friday, the day that our SSL certificate expired.

I'm really looking forward to a long and pleasant relationship with your company - I see that you have an affiliate program, and I'm sure we'll be signing up for it as soon as we catch up with everything after our site is back up and running.

Thank you for caring about your customers - and even those who aren't customers yet (as in Bobby's case! ). Keep up the good work.
