With all of your customers, you've probably never heard of me, but I wanted to bring something to your attention.
I have a lot of web sites, and as a result I outgrew my old hosting situation and a VDS was the obvious next step. Although I have absolutely no experience with server administration, I took the plunge with Server Intellect.
This hasn't been a smooth transition, due almost entirely to my lack of knowledge - I am so over my head on this, it is almost unbelievable - but your team has been incredibly helpful and accessible every step of the way. Their patience is commendable and, even with my distinct lack of expertise, I never once felt patronized by your team - a real rarity, as I'm finding out!
Although it looks like the initial set-up is pretty much over, I am secure in the knowledge that your team will provide outstanding support should I need it. I will happily recommend Server Intellect to others.
