Yestereday I sent an email requesting information on the services you provide. Within a few hours I received a phone call (unheard of from a service provider in my experience) from Brad Carmine. I just wanted to say that I was, and still am, astounded by the conversation and the way he got the technical people involved to answer my queries. This is what I call customer service and is unparalleled in my dealings with internet companies - most you can't even get to speak to. As soon as I have sorted out a few things on my side, I will be moving to Server Intellect and am very excited at the prospect. Thank you for making my first impression a very comforting and pleasurable one.
