I'm a developer that manages several small .net websites and my experience has been very good. I suggest you to all my new clients, and have slowly transitioned my existing clients over.

The number one problem I have with webhosts is support. If I can't get intelligent and reliable support from a company then there's no reason to stay -- a company is defined by the way they handle the problems that arise.

I hate being lied to about problems; it insults my intelligence. Your support has never done that, and I've never had to wade through thick accents and broken english.
